The name Nuf rul means water lily in Romanian. The district is located on the eastern outskirts of Oradea, Bihor, Romania. The quarter itself, although having a vibrant market and excellent transport, education and shopping infrastructure and facilities, does not display the charm of central Oradea, with beautiful streets, wonderful old buildings and churches, because of the fact that it was planned and rebuilt in Communist times.
